OR 12
I am back to reading the book Marley and Me written by the John Grogan. In this outside reading we will be looking at how destructive Marley really is. Throughout this book we see Maley going around the house and destroying things. For example the screen door or a gold necklace or the sofa. One quote that made me laugh was "when he finally returned, he had a pair of women's panties in his teeth." (Grogan, 137). I don't how he got them and I really don't want to know how but my guess is he stole them from Jenny and buried it our in the yard. Another situation that Marley becomes destructive is when he injures himself. The quote "he jammed his head into the bucket of soapy water and galloped blindly off across the front lawns with the bucket firmly stuck ouver his head, not stopping until he crashed full force into a concrete wall." (Grogan, 139) This shows that Marley doesn't really care what type of situation he gets into he will still enjoy it, even though it hurt.
